Kate completed her LLB at the University of Leicester but had to admit she wasn't tempted by the thought of a lifetime of the subject matter. She was, however, more enthusiastic about lawyers than the law and went into legal recruitment. She now has over 9 years experience of recruiting lawyers into both law firms and industry and is known in her field as someone who will always give honest and open advice to candidates and clients alike. Kate understands the essential importance of getting each career move right and her motto is to always treat others as she would like to be treated herself. Kate is a bit of a hippy at heart and when she isn't hanging out in Ibiza she loves being creative with painting and photography.

Zandria grew up in New Zealand, studied French and Spanish at the University of Auckland and plotted a thrilling and adrenalin filled future in her great love, extreme sports. She decided to take a recruitment job as a short term measure – and twelve years later is one of the most experienced and respected recruiters operating in the contract market. Zandria is unusual in having focused throughout her career on the temporary market and firmly believes that candidates seeking contract roles should receive the same level of service and commitment in the recruitment process as those in permanent positions. Whilst passionate about interim recruitment, Zandria doesn’t turn her back on lawyers looking to make permanent career moves.  At EJ she specialises in the financial services sector placing lawyers at all levels into investment banks, asset management houses, hedge funds and a range of other financial institutions.  Zandria still likes to live dangerously once out of the office – she jumps on a snowboard at every available opportunity and recently has taken to running. The whole office lives in fear of when Zandria will try and persuade them to join her in her next half-marathon! ...

Maud left her birth place of France and came to England nearly 10 years ago, completing her legal studies in London. Maud qualified as a solicitor at Ashurst LLP in 2008. After almost three years practising Pensions law at the Silver Circle firm, Maud decided to leave the statute books behind and focus on what she likes most: building strong relationships and providing helpful and practical advice.

Maud therefore crossed channels once more, this time into legal recruitment.
Having previously advised large investment banks, FTSE companies and private equity houses, Maud decided to take advantage of her understanding of financial services clients by specialising in placing lawyers into the financial
services sector.

Maud enjoys the adrenaline rush of extreme sports such as abseiling (she recently abseiled down one of the tallest buildings in Canary Wharf!) and sky diving, but also enjoys a relaxing yoga session after a busy day at work. At weekends Maud enjoys cheese and wine tasting, as well as a bit of tango dancing!

Adam graduated in Latin Literature and Language from Nottingham University and  then went onto be awarded a LL.B. Adam decided that his love of ancient texts and artefacts put him in an ideal position to study lawyers so he joined the Inhouse team at EJ Legal as a researcher specialising in placing candidates into the financial services sector. In his spare time Adam can be found honing his tennis skills but can always be persuaded to drop his racket and retire for refreshments .
