Toby spent 7 years as a lawyer before moving into recruitment in 2016.  Since the start of his recruitment career he has recruited lawyers for permanent in-house roles and has established himself as a specialist in this area.  He works with clients across the Financial Services and Corporate & Commercial sectors covering permanent roles from NQ through to General Counsel level. 

Working with clients ranging from global institutions through to start-ups looking for their first lawyer Toby can partner with clients to advise on how best to structure their legal team and provide insight to candidates on how to build a successful career in-house.   

He prides himself on taking the time to understand the nature of his client’s business and the motivations of his candidates so he is able to provide a service which progresses smoothly and achieves a successful outcome.
