A boutique firm in London seeks a Future Trainee to join their Corporate department as a Paralegal for 8-10 months.
The team:
The firm’s highly regarded Corporate department specialises in advising start-ups, scale-ups and entrepreneurs. The team’s service covers buyer and seller due diligence, acquisitions and exits and reorganisations and restructures. The Paralegals are given a good level of responsibility and direct exposure to high-profile cases and deals.
The role:
The successful Paralegal can look forward to assisting fee-earners in the Corporate practice. Typical tasks will include carrying out due diligence and drafting ancillary documents.
About you:
- Law degree or equivalent qualification essential
- Confirmed Training Contract
- Ideally an interest in Corporate and Commercial Law
