The Opportunity:

As an Associate, you will play an integral role within our Middle East practice. The role includes:

  • Putting together market overviews, and sourcing of candidates; showing both an aptitude for research and the confidence to engage with the market.

  • Working closely with the Associate Consultants and Consultants to ensure the correct candidates are introduced to our respective clients.

  • Client and candidate contact, as well international travel alongside our Consultants.

Skills & Experience:

A basic understanding of the global legal market is a plus, but not essential, as you will be given full training in the role.

  • Ability to work and be pro-active in a fast-paced environment.

  • Organised and attentive, with the ability to effectively prioritise tasks and manage your time.

  • Ability to proactively network and establish effective working relationships with candidates and co-workers.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
