The Team:
The department is well-versed in lending on the foundations of assets. Assisting clients including National financial institutions, US hedge funds, high net worth multi-jurisdictional banks, and other corporate companies high-value transactions and business objectives while working in a variety of practise areas.
The Role:
You will be required to support a project in their funds, finance, and regulatory team, your duties will include but not limited to:
- Assisting with ad hoc projects, such as business development efforts, internal and external training, and know-how management tasks, as instructed by partners and assistants.
- Drafting all paperwork while adhering to the corporate style.
- Assisting with financial transactions.
- Oversee all fee earner file administration tasks in accordance with the firm's quality control protocols and the Lexcel office manual.
About You:
- Law degree or equivalent qualification is essential, LPC desirable.
- Previous Funds or Banking Paralegal experience is essential.
- Experience with LMA (Loan Market Association) agreements.
- Paralegals with other loan experience are also encouraged to apply.
Salary:
The successful Paralegal will be offered £36,500 pro rata.
