I am working with a London based diversified financial services business that is looking to add a lawyer to its current team of 3 in London. My client builds, scales, finances and manages lending and loan servicing businesses. They also have a growing fintech business which provides data analytics and advice on how fintechs should position themselves in the market and structure themselves.
This is a role for a lawyer looking to work at an agile business on day to day issues as well as having regular exposure to the Executive Senior Management team for the global business. Your exposure will be broad and give you the opportunity to be involved in all business matters from contracts related to loan servicing through to advising fintechs on how best to grow.
The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years PQE from private practice or in-house with lending or banking experience.
