I am working on a role with an international professional services business that is looking to add to its legal team in London. This is a growth role and due to the continued success and expansion of the business.
You will be supporting one of the 5 business units in a small team working in a broad role covering the EMEA region. You will be dealing with anything relating to your business line from a commercial contracts perspective within the EMEA region. This is a great role for someone looking to expand their commercial contracts exposure and experience.
The ideal candidate will have between 4-6 years PQE with a range of commercial contracts. You should be prepared to work closely with the business and provide advice on anything the EMEA business needs form a commercial contracts perspective whether that’s NDAs, client engagement agreements, supplier agreements and IT contracts.
