A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Litigation Paralegal to join a Silver Circle London law firm on a 6-month contract.
Your New Role
The successful Commercial Litigation Paralegal can look forward to working as part of a dynamic team who are known for working across a range of disputes. Possesses considerable experience in shareholder litigation, collective actions and breach of contract cases. Working with both international and domestic clients across a range of sectors, both household names and owner managed businesses.
Core Responsibilities
- Liaising with clients.
- Carrying out document reviews and reporting findings.
- Preparing bundles for court.
- Drafting memos and reports.
- Educated to LLB/PGDL level or equivalent (LPC qualified preferable)
- Document review experience required; commercial litigation experience preferred.
- Professional communication skills.
- Ability to effectively manage a highly responsible workload.
- Ability to work as part of a team in addition to independently.
- Ability to build relationships in a personable and confident manner.
In return, the successful Commercial Litigation Paralegal will be offered a salary of £31,000 plus overtime (OT).
