Since opening its London office, they have scaled rapidly and are continuing to expand their Corporate team.
The role:
The successful Paralegal can look forward to:
- Preparing routine corporate documents, such as incorporation documents and board and shareholder actions
- Conducting corporate legal research
- Preparing and managing corporate filings
- Handling due diligence and closing processes
- Managing data room
About you:
- Prior experience working as a Corporate Paralegal
- Experience with UK and/or US Corporate laws
- Law degree or equivalent qualification essential
- Strong analytical skills and legal drafting ability
- Ability to work under pressure and with a high volume of work
