I have been exclusively instructed on a role for an exciting new start-up which focuses on providing in-house legal services to a range of VCs, PE firms, asset managers and other private financial services businesses. My client provides legal support to their clients ranging from ad hoc contract review through to full scope GC services.
Their business model is unique and will enable you to gain exposure to and become embedded in a range of clients assisting with their legal needs as well as potentially representing those clients at more traditionally front office roles such as pitching a fund to an investor.
The role is best suited to a lawyer with 2-4 years of experience with a financial services background who is looking to move into a very commercially minded and wide ranging role. My client is based in Guildford but will have a flexible WFH policy going forward.
