My client is a not-for-profit organisation that works alongside recruitment agencies across the UK assisting them with a wide range of queries from contractual issues, through to regulatory advice and tax. They are looking to add an Employment Lawyer to their team.
The Role of Employment Lawyer The responsibilities of the Employment Lawyer will include:
Advising on employment contracts;
Advising on IR35 matters;
Queries relating to the payment of temp workers;
Advising the organisation’s members directly on any issues relating to their business
Requirements of the Employment Lawyer The ideal candidate will:
Be between NQ-2PQE;
Have experience with employment law matters, ideally in relation to recruitment businesses;
Be comfortable working directly with the members of the organisation and giving them legal advice;
Be prepared to work on a range of employment and commercial issues for members from a number of different sector
