The Department:
Representing publicly traded and privately held businesses, financial sponsors, private equity firms, and other commercial entities engaged in significant and intricate UK and international transactions and litigation. You will be joining their renowned fund department which specialises in fund formation, fundraising, and secondary practices.
Your New Role:
You will be working closely with the Partners and senior knowledge lawyers, duties include:
- Drafting Fund precedents and processing technical updates.
- Monitoring various sources of legal and regulatory developments in Funds.
- Maintaining the department's know-how resources including uploading and organizing documents.
- Monitoring and maintaining the department's hard copy know-how ‘sourcebook’ materials.
- Organising the department’s training programmes.
- Assisting with drafting and research for client briefings and external publications
- Any additional ad-hoc tasks.
- Law degree or equivalent qualification essential, LPC desirable.
- Funds, transactional or Knowledge Management Paralegal experience essential.
- Efficient communication, organisation and proactive skills.
