Working closely with experienced lawyers and senior stakeholders, you will support a wide range of legal activities including contract administration, corporate governance, compliance, due diligence and legal operations.
The legal team is small but mighty, and they are looking to bring on board a hardworking Paralegal on an initial 6-month contract with a clear pathway to training and qualification.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the preparation, review and drafting of commercial agreements, NDAs and corporate documents
- Manage legal records, contract registers and document control processes
- Support KYC, due diligence and compliance activities across multiple jurisdictions
- Assist with board and committee materials, resolutions and governance processes
- Conduct legal research and prepare summaries and briefing notes
- Coordinate with external counsel
- Support dispute and litigation matters
- Provide day-to-day legal and administrative support to the wider business
About You
- Educated to LLB, PGDL or equivalent level
- 1-5 years' experience in a paralegal role, in private practice or in-house
- Experience reviewing and drafting commercial contracts
- Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Confident managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience within construction, infrastructure, engineering, mining, energy or other project-led industries would be advantageous, as would exposure to KYC and corporate governance processes. French language skills are also beneficial but not essential.
