The firm’s highly respected Innovation department represents small start-ups to global operations. The team are regularly instructed in high-stakes and complex litigation and enforcement work, including ground breaking cases before the UK and EU Courts.
The role:
The successful IP Disputes Paralegal can look forward to supporting the IP Disputes team. Duties will include:
- Drafting Court documents
- Liaising with clients
- Preparing papers and bundles for Court
- Liaising with third parties such as Customs and Trading Standards Authorities
- Maintaining and updating correspondence and other filing
About you:
- Law degree or equivalent qualification essential, LPC desirable
- Previous litigation Paralegal experience
- An interest in Intellectual Property gained through Work Experience, Vacation Schemes or the Elective on the LPC
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Ability to prioritise and manage tasks effectively
