A highly regarded (and internationally recognised) boutique City firm is looking to hire a junior Corporate Associate and is happy to consider September 2022 NQs with relevant experience, as well as junior corporate lawyers who have already qualified.
This role will involve working with the partners on a very broad range of corporate work, with a particular focus on venture capital/investment work (acting for angel investors, founders, and entrepreneurs), as well as acting on large-scale corporate M&A and advising on re-organisations, capital reductions, share buybacks, shareholder agreements, director’s duties and governance issues, and real estate and corporate finance.
