Your new role as a Paralegal:
However, there is opportunity to work in other areas of law to broaden your legal expertise. The successful property paralegal will primarily practise property law. You'll be accountable for the following:
- Handling cases and property transactions
- General management of the property portfolio
- Preparing meeting, drafting reports and taking down minutes
- Undertaking research on legal matters
- Gathering relevant information for the counsel
- Maintaining the filing of legal documents such as contracts and licenses
- Three months’ property experience
- Ability to use your initiative with a proactive attitude
- Strong organisation and communication skills
- Excellent level of attention to detail
- Comfortable handling large workload under time constraints
