Due to continued growth, an opportunity has arisen for a Part-Qualified/Finalist level Patent Attorney with a Chemistry background to join its established London team.
The Role
Working alongside recognised leaders in the profession, you will advise a diverse portfolio of innovative clients on matters including:
- UK, European and international patent drafting and prosecution
- EPO opposition and appeal proceedings
- Patent portfolio development and management
- Freedom-to-operate and validity opinions
- Strategic IP advice supporting the commercial objectives of an established, long-standing client base.
Candidate Profile
Applications are welcomed from candidates who possess:
- A degree and/or postgraduate qualification in Chemistry or a related scientific discipline
- Part-UK and Part-European Patent Attorney qualification (recently qualified candidates will also be considered)
- Strong patent drafting and prosecution experience
- Excellent communication and client relationship skills
- A genuine interest in strategic and technically challenging IP work
