One of the leading US law firms in London is seeking to recruit a September 2026 NQ Associate into its highly regarded Private Equity team.
This is an outstanding opportunity to join a top-tier US platform advising leading private equity sponsors, portfolio companies and financial investors on high-value, complex and often cross-border transactions.
Applicants should be due to qualify in England & Wales in September 2026 and currently training at a leading UK or US law firm. Candidates will ideally have gained exposure to private equity transactions through a dedicated private equity seat or a broader corporate/M&A seat with significant sponsor-side experience.
