I am working with a Real Estate development client who is looking for a Real Estate lawyer to join its business based in Battersea. The focus of the work will be on a couple of high value property developments in London, however you will also be working on smaller developments when necessary.
The role itself is broad, and you will gain exposure to all aspects of the development process, including contentious issues where you will have the support of external counsel.
The ideal candidate will have between 5-8 years PQE in commercial real estate, large development experience is a bonus, and be prepared to work in a wide ranging role.
Please be aware this role is 100% office based so you must be able to commute to Battersea Monday-Friday.
