Our client, a global top tier firm, has one of the largest teams of dedicated property lawyers in the UK. They are looking for an Associate to join their Real Estate team to work on a range of development and investment transactions.
They have an extensive track record advising on all aspects of multi-million pound developments throughout the UK. Their clients include major developers, funders and investors.
The successful candidate will:
have 2-6 years PQE
have gained a broad range of experience in property transactions;
be a team player, able to forge strong working relationships with colleagues in an agile environment;
be technically strong, proactive and exercise good commercial judgment; and
have the interpersonal skills necessary for this client-facing role.
