A leading UK international City firm is looking for two Corporate associates (at the junior and mid level) to join its outstanding London Corporate group.
This is a fantastic opportunity for associates wanting to join a top-notch firm that has a true sector focus and a very engaged and collegiate team.
The role will involve a broad variety of Corporate work, including cross-border M&A (public and private), Venture Capital, Venture Debt, Joint Venture, ECM and Private Equity deals.
Clients range from global conglomerates and household names to early-stage start-ups.
