A leading UK global City firm is looking to make multiple hires into its first-class Leveraged Finance group.
The partners are particularly interested in energetic and driven associates – those who are hungry to really develop and progress their career.
Work will involve advising on transactions from both the sponsor and creditor side, with a core focus advising Private Equity Houses on large cap leveraged loans. There are also numerous secondment opportunities.
From a cultural perspective, the group of Leveraged Finance partners are all very joined up. The camaraderie is very much there, and flows down into the culture of the team as a whole.
