A pioneering UK international firm, with a burgeoning Finance practice, is looking for multiple Structured Finance associates to join its innovative London group.
Partners are particularly interested in candidates who have experience in securitisation; asset-backed securities; receivables financing; DCM; derivatives; and asset-based lending. NB at the NQ/junior level, they are open to candidates who come from a broader transactional banking background and have an interest in specialising in Structured Finance moving forward.
The current London practice is small, so this is an excellent opportunity for ambitious and entrepreneurial lawyers to join an expanding practice, which will offer high levels of responsibility and client exposure, as well as access to excellent training and development resources.
It’s a fantastic team / firm to be a part of, with approachable and collegiate partners, and a non-hierarchical structure. Associates are encouraged to be entrepreneurial and progressive from the outset, and the team is very social and supportive.
