A top UK international firm is looking for a Restructuring Associates to join its growing London practice.

The Team:
The Restructuring team sits within the wider Banking & Finance practice of the firm, with the partners often instructed on high-value and complex restructuring matters.

The Role:
The focus of this restructuring role is to assist partners and associates with a busy pipeline of work. The role will mostly focus on transactional restructuring matters but there may be elements of contentious insolvency cases too. You will advise financial institutions, practitioners, company directors, shareholders and other stakeholders on strategies for both recovery and turnaround.

Requirements:
To be successful in this restructuring role, you will have an excellent academic background (a minimum 2.1 degree), and relevant experience within a City, regional or in-house practice.
