I have been instructed by a global leader in the Corporate Trust space who is looking for a senior lawyer to join their team in London at Managing Counsel level.
The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience, ideally with corporate trusts but broader structured finance, securitsation, CLO, repacking and debt capital markets experience would also be highly relevant for the role. Contentious experience in these areas would be a bonus.
In this role you will be part of a 4 person team in London covering the EMEA region. Given the seniority of the role you will be exposed to senior management within in the business and you will be expected to be able to take the lead during transactions.
As my client is a global leader in this space you will have exposure to almost any type of product currently in the market and be able to work on transactions from development stage through to closing and restructurings where necessary.
