A leading City firm, our client is growing its structured finance practice at senior associate level. The partners are looking to recruit a banking and finance lawyer, ideally with at least 5 years’ PQE, with experience in LMA transactions – either in structured finance or more broadly in general and acquisition / leveraged finance. This finance team advises a number of key financial institution clients on a wide range of structured finance deals, including complex, often bespoke and highly structured transactions. This role will act as the lead associate, fronting transactions, as well as helping to manage and develop relationships with clients and prospective clients. There is also the opportunity to deal with broader banking and finance work (if desired) within the full-service banking and finance group.
