Our client is a large international law firm who is looking to hire a Contracts Manager to join their in-house Risk team.

Working closely with the General Counsel and Senior In-House Counsel of the firm, the new hire will provide support to the wider team and business on commercial contract review and negotiation as well as other ad-hoc legal projects. The work is diverse with the individual working on a broad range of supplier contracts. As this is a small team, the new hire will get frontline exposure to business stakeholders and key managers.

Although this position is based in their Liverpool office, the team are open to remote working (2-3 days in the office). As a whole, the firm has a great culture and work/life balance on offer.

The ideal candidate for this role will have a good legal knowledge and background of commercial contracts and be familiar with data protection issues. The candidate must also be extremely diligent, organised and efficient. Legal qualifications are not necessary.
