The role:
In this role, the successful Privacy and Cybersecurity Paralegal will be at the forefront of legal developments, assisting the team in monitoring legislative, regulatory, and judicial changes worldwide. Your responsibilities will include:
- In depth legal research
- Drafting client alerts, blog posts, and legal documentation
- Ensuring compliance with evolving regulations like GDPR and EU digital frameworks.
- You'll also collaborate with colleagues globally, providing essential support for knowledge-sharing initiatives and client relationships.
About you:
To thrive in this role, the successful Privacy and Cybersecurity Paralegal will need:
- A genuine passion for privacy and data protection law, demonstrated via relevant work experience or study.
- Education to LLB/PGDL level (or equivalent).
- Strong legal research and writing skills.
- A strong grasp of ongoing legal developments.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills are a must.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team.
