The team handle a diverse portfolio of residential and commercial property matters, catering to a wide range of clients, from HNWI to occupiers in fashion/luxury brands, restaurants, cinema, theatre, media, and digital/tech sectors. The Partner leading the team is well-known for advising these clients on all aspects of their bricks and mortar property requirements, from acquisitions of flagship stores to nationwide store portfolio management, including within prestigious centres and outlets. The team has also played a key role in major architecture-designed fit-outs of both retail and office premises.
The role:
As the Senior Property Paralegal, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Solicitors in various property transactions. Your responsibilities will include preparing documentation, liaising with local authorities and agencies, conducting research, managing Stamp Duty Land Tax Returns and Land Registry applications, and handling pre and post-completion tasks. You'll have the opportunity to work on both residential and commercial properties, with a focus on properties in London and the Southeast of England.
About you:
- The successful Senior Property Paralegal with have 2.5 years plus experience in the Property department of a law firm.
- You will be someone who enjoys a varied workload and a busy working environment.
- You will have taken on senior responsibilities in the team before, e.g. training new joiners.
