Referral Scheme
At EJ Legal relationships take centre stage on everything we do. We pride ourselves on the relationships we build with the people we work with, and the advice and support we are able to offer throughout their careers.
We hope that you feel able to recommend EJ Legal to friends and colleagues because of the quality of our service, however as an added incentive we also operate a referral scheme.
By way of thank you for your support; if you refer a candidate to us, that we go on to successfully place, we will give you up to £750 cash or vouchers of your choice - or you may decide on a donation to a charity instead, the choice is yours.
All you have to do is ask the person to contact us, mentioning your name, and leave the rest to us !
The gift amount will be awarded 12 weeks after the candidate has commenced their new role and is subject to the successful completion of any probationary period.
To participate in this scheme candidates must mention they were referred to us by you when they first contact us.
For temporary and contract placements, the amount you are eligible to receive will be pro rated according to the period of time the candidate is retained by the firm they join (to a maximum sum of £750 per person referred to EJ Legal).
You are responsible for any personal income or other taxes which may be due on the amount awarded.
In the event of any dispute EJ Legal's decision will be final.
