Associate (Researcher) – Middle East Legal Recruitment
Our successful International desk is looking to hire an Associate to play a key role in our busy Middle East focused practice, with particular emphasis on:
Putting together market overviews, and sourcing of candidates; showing both an aptitude for research and the confidence to engage with the market.
Working closely with the Associate Consultants and Consultants to ensure the correct candidates are introduced to our respective clients.
Client and candidate contact, as well international travel alongside our Consultants.
To succeed in the role you will need to be organised and attentive, with the ability to effectively prioritise tasks and manage your time in a fast paced environment. You’ll also need to be a confident communicator able to proactively network and establish effective working relationships with our broad network of contacts.A basic understanding of the global legal market is a plus, but not essential, as you will be given full training in the role.
