Anna has over a decade of experience in the London legal recruitment market and has been with EJ Legal since 2015. A former City solicitor, she brings first-hand insight into private practice and the associate market. She works with leading UK and US law firms across all practice areas, advising associates—from NQ to senior level—on their first or next career move.

Earlier in her career, she focused on in-house opportunities within financial services, giving her a broad perspective on legal careers beyond private practice. Known for her consultative approach and honest advice, Anna enjoys helping lawyers navigate career decisions and uncover opportunities that match their skills and ambitions.

Outside of work, she plays tennis, spends time with her three children, and enjoys visiting family in Spain, France, and Scotland.
