​Bav completed his Masters in Human resources and worked at Taylor Wessing where he got his first taste of recruitment. He decided to make a move over to the more fast paced world of agency recruitment in 2013 and worked for a boutique legal agency for four years before joining EJ Legal. Bav has extensive experience in placing Paralegals, Contract Lawyers and Document Reviewers.

He is unique in the market in that he has experience of working In-House for a law firm and constantly draws on his understanding of what partners are looking for.

Bav's clients rely on him to find the right team fit and sourcing the best candidates for the roles. He is often approached about those particularly ‘tricky roles’ and will work tirelessly to find someone with a unique skill set.

On the Document Review Side Bav works closely with a number of top players in the industry and really understands the urgency which can come with these roles. Bav rises to the high pressure challenge of locating lawyers to start on a project in a matter of hours.
