With previous experience as an Office Administrator, Emilia has developed her career within legal recruitment and now works as both a Team Assistant and Paralegal Resourcer. In her dual role, she supports the Paralegal and In-House teams while also playing a key part in candidate resourcing, helping to identify and engage high-quality legal talent.

Emilia contributes to the smooth running of the wider business through her proactive and organised approach, and she is passionate about continuing to build her knowledge of the legal recruitment market.

In her free time, she enjoys reading, running and travelling!
