Riyyan’s background in law gives her a unique perspective on the profession, allowing her to understand the motives and aspirations of lawyers looking to make strategic career moves. Having specialised in successfully recruiting lawyers for law firms in the City and internationally for a number of years, Riyyan heads EJ Legal's Middle East desk, placing top talent across a broad spectrum of leading UK, US and international law firm.

Riyyan prides herself on being personable and driven - a true hustler who goes above and beyond for her clients and candidates. Riyyan’s deep understanding of the legal landscape and her ability to connect with lawyers on a personal level enables her to make the perfect match between candidates and firms.
