Sarah is a specialist in legal recruitment with over 15 years’ experience of the London associate market. She qualified as lawyer in the City and, having really valued the help given to her by her own recruitment consultant when she moved firms at 3PQE, Sarah decided to move into legal recruitment when she was looking for an alternative to private practice. Since then, she has worked with the leading UK and US firms in London, focusing on helping associates at all levels (from NQ through to sub-Partner level) to make their first or next career move. She has always taken a consultative approach and many of the lawyers she has worked with stay in touch and come to her for advice with their next career move.
