Sophie forms part of EJ Legal’s Partner team and assists a wide variety of law firms with Partner hires. These mandates span across a range of specialisms, including but not limited to Corporate, Commercial, Employment and Financial Services.

Sophie has been working in legal recruitment since 2016. Her experience prior to EJ Legal involved partnering with General Counsels across the investment banking, investment management and Fintech sectors. As a result of this, she has developed a strong knowledge of the financial services market.

With her clients and candidates, Sophie makes sure to take the time to acutely listen to their individual circumstances and what they’re looking for. In turn, she always ensures she provides them with open and honest feedback as to how she can help them, provide them with a tailored guide as to what their options are and throughout the process, make sure they’re consistently updated, provided feedback and happy with her service.
