My client is a globally renowned financial services company looking for a mid-level lawyer to join their team of 8 in London.
They are looking for a lawyer, ideally with 4-7 years PQE to join their EMEA Asset Servicing business. Custody and depositary experience would be ideal however they will also consider lawyers with a regulatory background, a funds background that has given you exposure to depositary work, or a banking background if that included custody and CASS exposure. My client is happy to consider candidates from both private practice and in-house backgrounds.
A key aspect of this role is that you will be given responsibility for a major client and be the primary contact at the business for that client. You should therefore be comfortable taking on that responsibility and ideally have some experience leading and running matters.
