One of the leading firms in London and internationally, our client is looking to hire an experienced associate into its London real estate finance practice, which continues to grow following recent hires. The preferred candidate will have at least 5 years’ PQE gained within another highly regarded real estate finance practice (or wider banking and finance practice in which real estate finance transactions have accounted for a significant proportion of their deal load). The real estate finance partners are focused on building a high-quality, collaborative team, an excellent environment for associates to progress, with plenty of business development exposure and a structured development path. The team acts for significant lender and borrower clients and, given the firm’s strong international platform, much of the work is cross-border.
