I have been instructed by a global investment manager that is looking to hire a lawyer with experience in Capital Markets to join its team in London.
You will be working closely with a senior lawyer on all capital markets related issues. The balance of the work is about 50/50 ECM and DCM however this can be shaped around your experience and where you’re looking to build your experience. The team also deals with ESG matters, so an interest or experience with that would be beneficial.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Capital Markets (ECM or DCM) and be 2-5PQE. Any experience with ESG would be a bonus but no essential and can be learnt in the role.
