My client is an innovative legal design and tech business that is looking to add a senior lawyer to its team as Legal Director in London. As well as working on commercial contracts matters for the company’s clients you will be closely involved in overall business strategy, plans for growth of the business, growing client relationships and have oversight of the junior team. You will also be advising clients on their legal process and how to make their legal processes, contracts and products more understandable and visually appealing.
Your role will involve you working closely with the CEO and COO on a daily basis giving you exposure and input to the C-Suite decision making levels.
The ideal candidate will have 8-12 years of PQE from a commercial contracts background. An interest in legal tech, and the operational side of legal processes and procedures would be a benefit.
