Based in London, the successful paralegal will be offered a full-time, contract role with a salary of up to £32k, dependent on experience.
The role:
This Real Estate Paralegal role is a fantastic opportunity to work closely with some of the most respected solicitors in the market, working on a range of commercial property transactions. You’ll be involved in a broad range of commercial property matters, including disposals, acquisitions, leases, and development projects. The types of deals you are likely to work on include:
- Acquisitions, disposals and lettings for developers, corporate clients and HNWIs
- Complex residential, industrial, retail, and mixed-use development projects
- Portfolio acquisitions
- Bank lending and refinancings
The ideal candidate should have:
- Substantial experience working in Real Estate and Commercial Property, specifically
- Experience dealing with HM Land Registry applications and requisitions and SDLT returns is required
- Familiarity with technology e.g. Excel, Word
- Strong research skills
- Ability to work as part of a team and under pressure
- Strong academics
