Our client, a top City international firm, is looking to grow its Commercial Technology group in London at Associate level with the hire of a commercial technology lawyer, preferably with at least 1PQE, though the partners are also happy to consider recently qualified lawyers with commercial technology training experience from another highly regarded TMT team.
The role will involve working with all the partners across the group on a wide range of commercial technology-focused advice and technology-driven deals, as well as related matter which might include, for example, TV and film production or global advertising work.
There are opportunities to go on secondments to key clients, many of whom are high profile names in the tech sector here and globally.
Alongside a formal, structured training and development programme, the partners believe that giving early client contact to Associates is particularly helpful for their development, as well as encouraging Associates to play an active role in business development.
