An excellent opportunity has arisen for a driven Commercial Litigation Paralegal to join a highly regarded global law firm. This role offers hands-on exposure to complex, high-value disputes within a collaborative and fast-paced team.
The Role:
As a Complex Litigation Paralegal, you will work closely with an experienced legal team, providing essential support across trial preparation and case management for an enviable client base of household names.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparing trial and hearing bundles
- Conducting document review and due diligence
- Drafting, proofreading, and amending legal documents
- Undertaking legal research and producing concise memoranda
- Liaising with clients, third parties, and external counsel in the UK and internationally
- Assisting with firm-wide project work
- Maintaining document, transcript, and work product databases
About You:
- Minimum of 6–12 months’ paralegal experience, ideally within litigation
- Prior trial preparation experience is highly desirable
- LPC qualification preferred; strong paralegal experience will also be considered
- Law degree (or equivalent) is essential
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
- Able to work well under pressure and manage competing deadlines
- Proactive problem-solver with a positive, hard-working attitude
- Strong IT skills, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and document review platforms
