EJ Legal have partnered with a Top 20 US/International law firm, which is looking to bolster its Corporate team with an additional Partner, specifically with Equity Capital Markets experience.
This would be a strategic growth hire for the team, which currently has strong capabilities across both public and private M&A, Private Equity and Venture Capital. Whilst they currently have a couple of Partners who cover Equity Capital Markets, this is very much an area they are wishing to expand on over the coming years.
Whilst the firm is headquartered and has a strong presence in the US, as described by the Head of Corporate, they class themselves as an international law firm, given its significant global presence outside of the US.
They also have strong capabilities nationally, in two large UK cities outside of London.
The Head of Corporate has expressed an interest in meeting with both existing Partners, as well as Senior Associates/Counsels with strong Equity Capital Markets experience, wishing to make the step up to a junior Partner position.
