I am working with a global leader in solar and clean energy development. They are looking to add to their team in London with the hire of a senior level lawyer. You will be joining a growing team of 8 reporting into the EMEA GC.
Your role will be varied and will include working closely with the Business Development teams and Structured Finance team looking at development and acquisition opportunities, transaction structuring, negotiating key finance documents and independently manage transactions.
You will be joining a team at Managing Counsel level that is expected to grow further next year, giving you the opportunity to develop both your legal and management experience.
