In particular, there is a strong sector focus on Manufacturing & Technology, Energy, Infrastructure, Life Sciences, Real Estate, Retail and Leisure, Insurance, and Financial Services.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Work with clients across a broad range of sectors advising on mergers, acquisitions, IPOs, disposals, takeovers, secondary fundraisings, buy-ins and buyouts, joint ventures and investments
- Championing a sector-led approach where the firm works closely with clients
- Advising on cross-border matters
- Strong academic background
- Experience in some or all of the following: M&A (domestic/cross border; private and public), equity capital markets/listed company advisory work and private equity
- Commercially aware and enthusiastic about business development
