This role will entail a range of cross-border transactions, including public company takeovers, private mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, capital reconstructions and demergers.
Candidate attributes:
- Qualified / admitted legal practitioner in relevant jurisdiction.
- 2-4 years' PQE in corporate M&A, however we are open to considering candidates with more or less experience.
- Solid legal skills, including drafting, negotiation and project management skills; good people management and business development skills.
