A leading international City firm is looking to hire an experienced corporate M&A lawyer, ideally with at least 6PQE, for a senior role within the London Corporate team which advises a UK and international client base on a wide range of private M&A (in particular) as well as joint ventures, venture capital, private equity and equity capital markets transactions. A sector agnostic practice, the client base spans a number of different sectors, including TMT / IP, energy, financial services, retail and consumer, sports (etc). The partners are looking for a generalist corporate lawyer from another highy regarded UK or US firm, primarily focused on M&A.
