Corporate Paralegal
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Corporate Paralegal to join a US law firm in the City of London on a full-time basis. The successful Corporate Paralegal will be joining an extremely well respected and prestigious law firm who are recognized globally for their top-quality M&A work.
 
Your New Role
The team works on large and complex transactions internationally; their clients are well-known corporates and leading private equity firms. The successful Corporate Paralegal will have responsibility for providing transactional support to the Corporate team including deal execution, post-closing management and general administration tasks.
 
Core Responsibilities
  • Managing internal NDA/confidentiality agreements
  • Capital market transactions
  • Company search reports
  • Preparations and monitoring of virtual data rooms
 
About You
  • Educated to LLB/PGDL level or equivalent
  • Prior exposure to corporate / M&A transactions is preferred
  • You should have a meticulous eye for detail.
  • You will be flexible and motivated with excellent communication and organizational skills.
 
Salary
In return, the Corporate Paralegal will be offered a salary of £36,000 plus overtime (OT).
